May this touch of blue dye the world's heart. When I was a child, I always wore blue and white clothes. I often felt inferior because of my classmates' strange looks and remarks like, your clothes are always the same. But my mother always said that the clothes I wore were unique. However, I didn't understand its uniqueness back then. Day by day passed. I once watched my mother put the branches and leaves of the Isetis Indigatica into a basin, and the clear water of the ascetics in the Ghatka slowly dripped down the cloth, spreading a light blue. I also saw her spread cloth on her knees and tied it up stitch by stitch with cotton thread. But at that time my heart was filled with the yearning for colorful clothes Later I was admitted to university and took up a part job near the campus still wearing the tight address made by my mother. One day, after work, a foreign tourist came into the store and he said that the colors of the clothes and accessories were monotonous and the patterns were ordinary. His words immediately brought back my childhood inferiority complex, but it also made me want to explain. I pointed to the patterns on my sleeve and told him that the white designs were created by my mother tying the fabric with cotton thread. Each stitch varied in tightness, making each pattern different. No two pieces could ever be the same I also explained that the blue represents the sky over Changshan mountain and the white symbolized the clouds above Erhai lake The Bai people saw their love for the landscape and their yearning for harmony between nature and humanity into their clothes. From gathering indigo roots to dyeing the fabric, it takes several days to make a single piece of clothing, full of the artisan's painstaking efforts. The foreign tourist was fascinated and asked if he could try it on. After putting it on, he admired it gravitasly and praised it highly. Then he immediately video called a friend and excitedly said, Look, this is the tie-dye technique of the Bai people in China. Every pattern is made by hand and is unique. Gently touching the hem he added This is not just a piece of clothing it a culture a mother love and a poetic way for people to wear their landscape no whenever I touch this tie-dye garment I know it is no longer just a piece of of clothing, it carries my childhood memories, retains the warmth of my mother's hands, holds the culture of an ethnic group, and bears the hopes of my hometown. In the future, I want to pass on this blue and white heritage so that more people can understand that true beauty is never built by pulling up colors but by craftsmanship, culture and sincerity, sewing the most precious things, stitch by stitch into the fabric of time.
