And then when we're building the Lubang workshops in Africa, we're actually tailor-made for African young people.

We're providing those practical trainings in majors like railways, trade, industry automation. And it's not just in one African country. is over 14 African countries. So that's how we see the globalization has worked. So second of all, we can actually see how our Chinese concept of rejuvenating the country with technologies is also vivid in this example.

So we can see how young Africans, they accept the training not just for their own personal development, for job applications. They're actually going to make development for their countries. And on top of that, we can actually see how our Chinese application for a shared future for mankind is also taking place, because we're not just reserving our own technologies, we're actually sharing it with African countries.

Coming to the cultural hybridity, the Lucas, this guy from the France, actually mentioned that the Lu Ban is resembles another famous guy in Europe that is Da Vinci. In European history, the Da Vinci is considered one of the great talents in all aspects from the painting, the medicine, sculpture, and machinery and so on.

And in Chinese history, the Lu Ban is good at designing the delicate gadgets and improving a lot of machineries and skills. So actually we can draw a common sign that is they all present the craftsmanship and they dedicate themselves, immerse themselves and for delicate in their work to achieve the best results and to invent a lot of like artworks and contribute to the human's wisdom.

So let's just analyze for the three layers of the cultural hybridity theory. The first, we need to know each other's cultural elements to understand what they're like the deeply rooted in their own history. For example, what kind of artwork do they each present and what the deep philosophy and thinking that is deeply rooted in them. And the second step is seeking for the common ground. Actually, we have extracted the craftsmanship between these two famous people and we can apply to other practices.

And the third aspect is we can further explore the more cultural connotation by innovating and making the culture keep flourishing. So the Chinese have framed some of the most advanced and latest technology machines to equip this kind of workshop giving opportunity to the students and the workers in Africa to have more practical training and rather than only stick to the theoretical knowledge in books or in classes.

So, students have also mentioned that with this kind of internship experience they gain in the workshop, They will have more choices when applying for the jobs in the area of automation and robotics. So this kind of achievement-oriented has offered a brand new way for the students and workers to understand the contemporary industrial chain and helping them gain faster and deeper growth in their vocational ability and self-development.
