Today, through this video, we can take a glimpse of this success from a vivid case, Luban Workshops in Africa.

This Chinese-initiated establishment is now creating a transformative intercultural journey attracting numerous African students from more than 14 regions and countries. What contributed to its success and what influences does it have on Africa as well as China? Let's dissect it step by step. First, let's analyze the program's successful experiences.

The first reason for its success is no doubt the hardware of this specimen, the top technology provided by China As one of the most technologically advanced countries in the world China provides African countries with the state facilities giving local students access to the technologies that are not available in their homeland, thus contributing to this workshop's continuous popularity. The workshop is named after the famous Chinese craftsman Lu Ban, whose spirit of perfection and innovation continuously influenced generations

and generations of Chinese. Now, by emphasizing and amplifying his spirit, the Lu Ban workshop is now facilitating the local students to inherit and innovate his spirit. Last but not least, Luban Workshop also demonstrated a global vision, which is thinking globally while acting locally. By designing tailored-made curriculums for the local African students, for example, emphasizing on teamwork as well as practical skills, not only did Luban Workshop suit the local needs, but it has also injected global vigor into its very heart, influencing the world.

Now comes the next question. What has this success contributed to many influences? So what influences does it have on Africa as well as China? As my teammate said in her illustration, there are many factors that contributed to the project's success. in both the hardware and software. Beyond that, what practical influence does the project make?

I think the most straightforward significance lies in its contributions to the local people. To begin with, the young native workers mentioned and highlighted the job opportunity the project offered to them. African areas hold a large number of developing countries, which implies their lack of occupational opportunities, opportunities, even though they may occupy with high relative major.

However, thanks to the African loop and workshops, these young craftsmen acquired an opportunity to gain more expertise, development and make use of the great platform provided for education. Also, the abundant teamwork designed in a project also facilitate the friendship not only between those local people, but also between African countries and China in a longer and larger scale.

Not only did this selfless endeavor boost a local economy but more importantly it actually inspires the local residents how they can bring their strengths and wisdom to the development of Africa The Lu Ban workshop serves as a link that tightly bonds China and Africa, contributes positively to their friendship.

Furthermore, these behaviors actually demonstrate China's national image. Just like the name of Lu Ban workshop, Lu Ban actually has a very strong connotation meaning in traditional Chinese culture. One great achievement that Lu Ban did is actually to develop the Sun Mao structure. In the Sun Mao structure, the tenon is called the Sun and the mortise is called the Mao.

Although that each piece of the Sun Mao structure is very thin, but once combined together, they can take massive weight by supporting each other and play as an integral whole. That is what actually China doing to the world, bring unity, harmony to the global society. They move from simply demonstrating how China's achievement contributes to the world, but instead we demonstrate how China's achievement contributes positively to the fundamental challenges of human existence, from climate change stability to the technological ethical problems.
