Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people. You may have some time to think about the code before you start. Okay, ladies and gentlemen, this world is a place with diverse people and diverse ideas. So during the process of communication, the different ideas is unavoidable.

So during this process, what can we do to make our ideas expressed better and understood better? Just as a quote once said, great mind discuss ideas, average mind discuss events, and small mind discuss people. Different people are brought up in different cultural backgrounds, and different cultural backgrounds might shape their mind, and their mind might decide their behaviors.

If you just care about people, then there might be misunderstandings, right? Because this world is a world with so many different kinds of cultures, and different people from different cultures might perceive one thing differently. However, how about change our mind? If we think about events, then it might be better than people, because there are core issues like climate, and maybe peaceful issues and all about all these issues are common issues between all kind of humankind.

However, how about change our mind once again? Discuss ideas. The philosophy of different people guide our behaviors. We Chinese people are guided by Confucius being kind and the Western people may be guided by the ideas of other philosophies and now we're trying to learn. We all know that due to, as it's said, by Marxism, the Marxism philosophy taught us that the contradiction, two sides of a contradiction can transform.

So then we shall discuss ideas, understand others, accept others and express us, let Chinese culture, Chinese ideas and Western ideas, all the ideas might create a more beautiful world and a better world. Thank you.
